Employment of Trustee spouse

Does anyone have policy/practice/experience regarding hiring the spouse of =
a trustee in a full-time role? Do you see any difference between a faculty =
role and a staff role in such a situation? Thanks.

I can't elaborate details but it can end up very badly! I empathize
with Scott and totally agree that it is a bad precedent.
