We have a statement in the bylaws authorizing the corporate members to
remove a trustee but there is no due process language as to how it would
take place. It states "Remove any trustee at any time if they believe
it is in the best interest of the corporation to do so." This has never
been exercised - especially now with term limits I don't believe there
will be a necessity for it.
